Footprints in Time (FIT) is a nonprofit, faith-based organization that serves as a multigenerational outreach to health compromised/socially isolated older adults and those who care for them in and around Missaukee Co., MI. People with disabilities are less likely to engage in activities; those who do gain significant health benefits and are generally in better spirits.
Founder and Executive Director Chris Klein, OTR has provided Occupational Therapy for the disabled since 1978. Using her vast experiences, resources, and a very experienced dynamic Board of Directors, she developed FIT as a service to meet the needs of rural Missaukee County and the surrounding counties. |
